New Gateway, Port Forwarding stopped working

Exchanged gateway, new gateway has basic functionality but port forwarding does not work. Old gateway worked fine. XFINITY app does not list device in port forwarding section but device shows as connected and works fine otherwise. App won't let me add new or delete existing port forwards.

Thoughts?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with setting up port forwarding with the new gateway. Are you trying to set this up via the Xfinity App, or the Admin Portal? Have you tried both options?

I did solve the problem by doing a reset of the new gateway, and re-entering the forwards using the Xfinity app. The Admin portal refers you to the app, apparently that is the only place to set up port forwarding.

Ok, thanks for letting me know. I believe our engineers made that change recently. I am glad everything is good now. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
