New Gateway. No secure connection

Installed new gateway.  XFi app says everyone is great, but both Ethernet and WiFi don’t work.  Seems to be a certificate issue.  Please help. 

I’ve done all the things as asked by xfinity Chat bot as well as all previous posts similar to this.  

I am considering switching back to my old gateway.
