New Gateway is horrible nothing connects
We just got a new modem and the other one had no problems with connecting devices we just wanted faster speed. The previous modem all our devices connected like the sonos, hue bridge, pods, TV’s etc, now nothing wants to connect but we have internet on phone and computer but that is it. I am frustrated as I spent 8 hours no joke on phone and chat trying to get To work and nothing. One person even lied and said that someone would cone out in 2 hours. Never even heard of that same day xfinity coming out. That person should get coached by their sup or mgr if it happens again your fired. You don’t tell customers lies. Anyway no help still and this is the second day Tv doesnt work. And everything we had working before doesn’t work. I had thought about moving our phone service from att to xfinity but that won’t be happening now with an entire day of not getting ever Set up that really shouldn’t be this difficult never was before.
