New Customer, Internet Not Working

Hello, my father just got new Xfinity internet and it was working for like 10 days until recently and he has no idea why.  I've went to the chat but it seems like the people don't want to help me and are not replying.  Can anyone please help?!

First. Check here for official info on any possible local outages;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
