New CM1000v2 Modem Upstream Partial Service, Daily Disconnects with T3 Timeouts

So I have replaced my entire network from the old TG862G gateway to a new Netgear CM1000V2 and a new router. The first day was ok but then had the internet crash throughout my devices and my router not detecting any internet.

I hadn't thought anything that crazy so I just resetted my modem. It happened again a few hours later so I power cycled it, then the next day happened and another crash. I had took out the coax wire and retightens it again and its a direct connection to the wall, with no splitters.

I looked in the modem stats and had seen that my upstream channels have partial service and T3 Timeouts in the event log, and makes sense because my upstream channel light on the modem is blinking looking to have a stable connection. I went and did a factory reset and still shows that it had partial service.

So I was hoping that Xfinity can go and see if they can remotely fix this and provision my modem. I doubt it is any wire problems either in the apartment or nearby because even with the slow speeds from the gateway, I still had a stable connection. Once again I hope you can resolve this remotely without sending a technician. Please check the upstream channels and T3 timeouts, and push any necessary resets or provisioning updates from your end, Thanks.
