New Cable Modem Issues

Since upgrading my cable modem at Xfinity’s prompting we have experienced intermittent Internet interruptions and dropped service. Very frustrating and restarting or rebooting does nothing. Any way to switch back?

kgray671 Hi, and thanks for reaching out! Ahh, I understand. I've been through that before. Instead of rebooting the modem, have you attempted to do the troubleshooting through the Xfinity application?
