New build home no service

New build home and no service. I’ve been trying for 3 weeks to get this resolved. Unfortunately you are the only provider in my area. I cannot work and living without cable and internet should not be happening as the steeet in front of us has service. I was provided a case number but every time I call I’m told one more week. I just filed BBB complaint. I need assistance and not lip service.
