New Arris SB8200 (replaced Netgear CM400) -- Incompatible SW File from upstream fw push

Howdy!  I just purchased a SB8200 to replace an aging and dying Netgear CM400.  Activation went fine, but I see this in the log:

6-5-2020, 14:22:39 Error(4) "SW upgrade Failed after download - Incompatible SW file"
6-5-2020, 14:22:38 Notice(6)

"SW Download INIT - Via Config file d11_m_sb8200_silver_c01.cm"

The modem is currently on firmware D31CM-PEREGRINE-1.0.0.2-GA-01-NOSH.

The speeds I'm getting are slower than what I was getting before (only about 75 Mbit down / 5 up -- before I was getting ~150 Mbits down).

Anything that I can try?  Thanks!

Hmm. I also have extremely low upstream power levels; I'm now reading that there are issues with the SB8200 and xfinity due to a disagreement in upstream level limits.  This could be related to not having the correct firmware though?
