New Arris S33v2 - Upload speed only 5mbps
According to the plan I'm on, I should be getting 1200/200. I get around 900 download, but only 5Mbps upload with a new Arris S33v2 modem.
I have seen old conversations on this forum about upload being limited on customer-owned modems (nice of Comcast to hide that fact) but others are reporting 200 upload even with non-Comcast modems.
What's the current state of upload speed with customer-owned modems? Should I be getting faster upload?

The ultimate conclusion is that Comcast does not fully support the Arris S33, even though Comcast's own website specifies that as one of the preferred customer-owned models.
Using Comcast's modem I get 900/240, but on the Arris S33 I get only 700/5.
Can you please remove the S33 from the list of compatible modems?
