New Account - Internet Equipment

I completely created and manage my senior uncle an internet account, just for him to be able to watch Roku & Tubi on his Roku TV.

I am remaining checking his account, Email daily and I received his Xfinity order confirmation on April 3, 2025.

Received his 1st bill statement on April 10, 2025.

Still have not received the 1 xFi Gateway that shows on his account with no shipping notification at all .

1 xFi Gateway - is listed as a device to activate = Do Not Have One Yet!

Is this natural to take so long... ?
