Never buy

Nightmare service. My roommate and I had a good first year with a great deal, but then it all went to [Edited: "Language"]. When she moved out it took over a month to transfer the account into my name, only made it happen after trying to cancel. After, I was never given a bill until the next billing cycle, meaning I was late on one bill. In addition, my second bill was $10 higher ($55) due to not having my account set up for automatic payment. I was never told this was the case until I called to cancel. Once I canceled my account at the end of July, I was informed I would no have to pay the $55 and no additional fee would ensue. Then at the beginning of August, the $55 was automatically drawn from my account without my consent. It has been [Edited: "Language"] trying to get a refund and all I can get is $18. I believe this money was stolen from me. I was promised time and time again I would receive my full refund. It took me talking a week to confirm this partial refund including: 3 phone calls, 3 people on chat, and an in-person visit to an xfinity store. This is ludicrous and criminal. The $55 may not seem like much, but it’s my grocery money and having a company clearly take money and keep as much of it as they can is inhumane. When talking to people about my experience, many have told me their stories about having xfinity steal their money, too. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
