This provider waits until the mornings during the week day when people are working to do an outage to enhance their service. Which they are being a hindrance to those working from home. The smart thing to do would be maybe do this in evening or the weekend, instead of taking 3 [Edited: "Language"] working days to shut down the service and no one can get any work done. Definitely finding a new provider this is terrible

We completely understand where you are coming from, and sadly, there is rarely a good time to bring services down to perform necessary maintenance or upgrades to the network.
