Network spiking for minute intervals, at semi-random times. Speed is great, stability is not.

For the last 4 or so days, my home network, (Direct connections, and wifi) has been having momentary complete outages that result in blank web pages until it comes back, buffering on new videos and pages, and disconnections from things such as online games due to the terrible ping, which is in about the thousands.

Before, my connection was splendid, fast and reliable, and I am still unsure completely what the issue is. I've been doing some sleuthing through the forms here, and the only issue that seems remotely similar to my own is that of an issue thats indicated through the router logs that you find through connecting through 10.0.0.1 with constant pings of critical alerts around, "Missing Required Option 24", "Missing Required Option 82".

Now, these have been appearing for more than a month I found, and back then there was still no issue with my connection, only recently it has been a problem, even with these occurring. There has been no reported outages in my area, (sourced from the xfinity phone app), and it also detects no issues. If I could get some assistance regarding this I'd be quite appreciative.

My Issues are still occurring, after replacement of my router, and of cables leading to the router. Have new errors as well in my event logs.

Connection spikes are coinsiding directly with the missing required option 82, with the rest of the errors being unknown on my part, but I can't find anything about them online.
