I Just purchased a HP laptop and I do not have a clue how to hook it up to my Wi-Fi . I have Xfinity/Comcast
When I put in my username and my password it says it cannot connect and then that was on Xfinity and then when I go to Comcast it’s asking for a network security key which I have no clue where or what It is .if you can help me out I would appreciate it thank you
Please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue (copy your post and paste it there). Thanks. Re-closing this year old dead thread that was improperly re-opened by the new forum software / platform. A known issue that is being worked on.

If it's a Comcast rental device, you can find it on a label on the back or bottom of the case where it might be called "Network Key" or "Password". Or at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-change-wifi-password.
If it's a retail device you purchased, we'd need the model number.
