Network password

Xfinity asked me to change network name and password not working.

How are you trying to change the network name and password? I recommend using out amazing Xfinity app, it is a great way to manage all of your self service optinos from managing your Wi-FI, to billing and my personal favorite the ability to troubleshoot services directly from the app itself! It makes managing your account simple, easy and awesome. :) Here are the directions in this link on how to manage your in home WI-FI. Let me know if this helps, if not, can you share where in the process you are receiving an error to change the network name and password?
