I just got a new WiFi router from Xfinity. My 2.4G security cameras do not work with the new router. One suggested solution is to rename the 2.4G network. However neither the app nor gateway admin allow this any longer. I have spent many hours chatting with support with no solution. Any suggestions?

If you are using a Comcast gateway, see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-change-wifi-password.
