One of the very first things I would suggest is to go to your Xfinity app and tap on your network details. Then from there, you can go to Advanced Security and see what we are doing there. That is going to show you any security risks that you may have at this time. Also, I would suggest to reboot the modem, sometimes that is all it takes too. Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
