user_mht8iz Thanks for creating a post. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your internet. Does it only happen during this time of day, or does it seem to be pretty random throughout? What steps have you already done to troubleshoot the issue? I'd first recommend using the diagnostics in the Xfinity app to test for any signal health issues and automatic corrections.

It happens randomly throughout the day. I know because I'm in Teams meetings and when it drops I lose connection for a few seconds. I've tried all the automatic troubleshooting on the Xfinity chat and mobile app. Last thing I did was login to the router and saw these errors in the log.
