Network access denied after storm

After a storm this morning I have no internet. Xfinity indicates no outages.  I've rebooted both my mb6811 modem and router several times.   

Logging into my modem I see, under advanced-connection: network access denied , security failed, upstream Conn in progress ranging, boot state in progress ranging.

1 downstream channel locked.  1 upstream channel not locked.

Event log...many critical errors since the storms.  Sync failure failed to acquire symbol timing, no ranging response received etc

I've had zero problems for almost a year, so doing things like replacing cables etc isn't likely a solution.

The next available appointment for a tech is Weds, two days from now.  However, I wfh and so need this resolved as soon as possible.

Any help is appreciated!
