NetGear Router Problems with Xfinity internet

It has come to my attention lately that I'm seeing my Netgear Router would drop periodically communications with Xfinity.  After reviewing the configuration software or LOCKED channels for both download and upload I noticed that the upload channels were deceased down to 1 channel only!  After talking to tech support in the Philippines

Ms. Kate ID 287727 helped me solve the issues I was having. 

1.  Network Router would drop connections to Xfinity DNS servers.

2.  While watching live TV channels it was constant in searching for updating your streaming shows.

With the help of Ms. Kate and I decided to do a test to resolve all my issues by increasing my now 100Mbs connection to 600Mbs, in addition, would Increase the upload channels numbers.

IT WORKED!!!! YES!  Now all my problems went away.  So if your running Netgear C7000v2  this is the fix and maybe others products too.
