Netgear Nighthawk CM3000

Hello, I just updated my modem to a nighthawk CM3000. It was quite an upgrade in speed. The download speeds are another story, they are WORSE by far than what I had previously. I was capping out at 41 down and now I am lucky if I get 20 or 25. So, how do I resolve?
