NETGEAR Nighthawk Cable Modem CM1200
since the pandemic support has changed so much. So I want to know if I call you to setup a NETGEAR Nighthawk Cable Modem CM1200. Right now I pay for my modem and unlimted download and upload. Is unlimited upload and download a thing that I can pay separate with my own modem?

I have this same modem! All I did was call them when I hooked it up. But I saw on their website you may be able to just do it all online. Log into your account and browse the equipment area. Good luck.
