Netgear CM3000 stuck at ~40 Mbps

My Xfinity Broadband Label confirms 117 Mbps typical upload for my Gigabit tier. I have a Netgear CM3000 (approved for Next-Gen speeds). My modem diagnostics show the Upstream OFDMA channel IS locked (Channel 1, 47.3 dBmV), which I think means mid-split is active. However, my upload speed is stuck at ~47 Mbps. From a bit of research, I think this means my modem is running a legacy provisioning profile/bootfile. I need a Tier 2/provisioning engineer to:

  1. Review my account plan codes and confirm I'm on a Next-Gen speed tier
  2. Force-push the Next-Gen Speed Tier / OFDMA Upstream Profile bootfile to my CM3000's MAC address

Please DM me for account details. Thank you!

Good afternoon @user_6srkow. Our team can check on your modem to see what could be causing your upload speed issues. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name and full address, we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "Start new conversation"

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
