Netgear CM3000 not getting right upstream config

I'm on the 2GB UP\Down plan which supports 250 Mbps upload with a customer-owned modem. My Netgear CM3000 is mid/high-split capable, but it's only receiving a low-split config: four ATDMA channels, no upstream OFDMA lock. Anyone know how to get the right config pushed to my modem so I'm not locked at 35 mbps upstream?

nickg2077 Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. Can you please power cycle your modem and router (if separate) and leave them unplugged for about 20-seconds? After that, please plug them both back in and run another speed test for us (speedtest.xfinity.com). If your upload is still struggling, please let us know. We may need to check the bootfile in the modem to make sure it's reflecting your correct speed.
