Netgear CM3000 not getting right upstream config

I'm on the 2GB UP\Down plan which supports 250 Mbps upload with a customer-owned modem. My Netgear CM3000 is mid/high-split capable, but it's only receiving a low-split config: four ATDMA channels, no upstream OFDMA lock. Anyone know how to get the right config pushed to my modem so I'm not locked at 35 mbps upstream?

nickg2077 Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. Can you please power cycle your modem and router (if separate) and leave them unplugged for about 20-seconds? After that, please plug them both back in and run another speed test for us (speedtest.xfinity.com). If your upload is still struggling, please let us know. We may need to check the bootfile in the modem to make sure it's reflecting your correct speed.

Hello! Thank you for looking into this!!

I have powercycled the modem and I ran a speed test on a different side (Speedtest by Ookla) and am still getting around 35mbps upstream. I don't see any way to run a speed test on speedtest.xfinity.com and when I use the QR code to open the app I don't see a speed test option there either. Is it because I'm using my own modem that I don't have the option?

nickg2077 Thank you for doing that for us, and we are sorry to hear there was no improvement. Hmm, you should still be able to do a speed test using the site; we'll have to look into that separately. When you can, please send a Direct Message with your full name and address. We'll need to take a closer look at the signal we're sending you to see what is going on.
