Netgear CM3000 firwware issues

My Netgear CM3000 recently received firmware 6.0.1.04 that has known issues. Since receiving update upstream channel will not lock continually flashing and generating errors. Xfinity needs to either rollback to stable firmware or add a patch to stabilize connection.
