Netgear CM3000 - Enable mid/high split after recent area upgrades - Upstream OFDMA successfully locked

Hello - My area recently was upgraded to be able to use the new mid/high split. My netgear CM3000 modem is now locking the upstream OFDMA channel. It sounds like a new boot file may be needed to enable those higher speeds, because I'm still capped at around 35mbps. Just curious what needs to be done to enable that.
