Netgear CM2050V has a locked upstream OFDMA channel

Shortly before they pulled the Netgear CM2050V off the supported list for increased upload I noticed a locked OFDMA channel, which then went away after they downgraded everyone's firmware due to stability issues.

The OFDMA channel (aka DOCSIS 3.1) is back now, and I think my firmware was upgraded as well.  It's now V10.01.03.  I'm pretty sure the version that was pulled was 9.something, and I think I had 2.something after the downgrade.

Anyone else out there with a CM2050V seeing this?  Any news on a possible fix?  It looks like they may be testing a new firmware before turning on the higher upload speeds.

Hello araposo8. I'm sorry to read of the trouble you are having with the modem internet service as well. I would love to help out and make sure that the service is working correctly. How did the visit with our technician go?

I had the tech come out, he confirmed that the output from the modem is 2000 down and 41 up. I did update my router to see the correct down speed, but the up is locked at 41....like MANY people are complaining about with this particular modem. Something needs to get fixed with the bootfile/ certification/ etc.

I'm in the same boat V10.01.03.  One ODFMA UL channel is locked, but only 40 mbps UL.  I had a technician come by today to check the lines and see if he could get a new bootfile pushed.  The lines were good, and no luck with pushing an updated bootfile.  He noted that one of the ODFMA UL channels was locked, but he said its not being utilized.  A local engineer is aware of the situation.  At this point, it appears that a new bootfile is being deployed to a few users because some people are seeing ≥150 mbps, so it looks like we are in a semi-public test period to assess whether the new firmware is working as intended in the wild.
