Netgear CM1150V vs. ARRIS T25

I've looked at a couple of existing threads about these two modems, but not being all that savvy on the technology, wanted some clarification.  I'm leaning toward the Netgear because of the 4 Ethernet ports and the fact that it has bonding to allow two lines to be combined to get 2GB service. 

The only problem is that I saw a review on heavy.com that says you can only use one Ethernet port at a time.  I'm not sure I understand what this means.  I'd like to be able to hardwire two computers but this seems to indicate that they can't both work at the same time.
