Netgate 4200 MAX Router Not Connecting to Xfinity Internet
I’m reaching out for assistance with setting up and activating an internet connection using my Comcast service. I’m currently configuring a separate network that connects to a Netgate 4200 router and a TP-Link X90 Wi-Fi system, which is connected to your service via an Arris S33 modem.
While the modem appears to be functioning (showing solid lights), my devices are not receiving a working internet connection. I've verified that the hardware setup is correct, but the WAN connection from Comcast remains in a pending or inactive state.
Could you please help me:
Confirm that the modem (Arris S33) is properly registered and provisioned on your network.
Verify that my service is active and there are no blocks or issues on your end.
Provide any necessary configuration steps or support to establish a stable internet connection.
When going on the Xfinity site, there AI bot is not helpful. I've been a customer for over 20 years. I didn't see anywhere that I could create a support ticket. Ugh.
