Netflix error message: using VPN or Proxy

Netflix error message; using VPN or Proxy.

I have a problem to watch NETFLIX with Xfinity WIFI; because of VPN or Proxy, the content is not able to be played. Error message pops up with all devices on WiFi (tablets, phone, Apple TV). Netflix service confirmed it’s not Netflix issue but internet provider issue. Well it’s impossible to solve this issue with Xfinity chat, now how can I get help?
