Netatmo and Withings Connecting Issues

I am at a complete loss.... I have the XB8 Gateway and as of this morning, my Netatmo Weather station and Withings BodyComp scale no longer were connected to Wifi. So I went to reconnect them and both of those devices refuse to connect. 

I have split the network to isolate a 2.4Ghz network... no luck

Completely factory reset both devices to setup from scratch... no luck

Swapped out the router with a new one.. no luck

Supposedly my Advanced Security Protection is turned off (according to support)

I just can't get them to connect to the Internet.... and it's only these two devices. My other IoT devices and computers, etc connect just fine. Does anyone have any recommendations?
