Net speed drops to sub 100mb/s when playing any online game

Hello,

I've had this problem for about half a month now and tried troubleshooting it(I work in networking so I've gone over what I'm thinking ins basic and advanced troubleshooting). Essentially one of the computers on our network will consistently drop to sub-100mbps speeds when playing any online game, we are running a 1 gig line with DOCSIS Cable modem model XB8-T. I've swapped out the cables to his PC, I've changed the MAC address on the card, even ran through a VPN. He runs it via a dedicated NIC (Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller) that is 1 gig capable. I have the following speed tests from when we ran it under no games being run and games being run. The first image is with no games running, second is with hearthstone running.

We didn't have the issue previously before we moved into our new apartment when we had Google Fiber.

Hi there, @user_xvw17j! Thanks for taking some time out of your day to reach out about the internet speed dropping when a game is being played. We are glad to help and get to the bottom of this. I know you mentioned that you have other devices that game on your network. Are the other devices seeing any issues or is just the 1 PC having the problem? Are you playing all of the games at a specific site such as Steam or are they from a variety of sources?
