Net Gen Internet

How can I find out if Next Gen Internet is available at my address and if it is which modems can I use to max out my upload speed?    Right now I have an Arris S33 with a 2GB plan, but the best upload speed I can get is a little over 41Mbps.

I bought the Hitron Technologies CODA56 modem from Amazon and now getting upload speeds in the 290's.  So my Arris S33 modem was the reason I was only getting 41 Mbps upload.

@mdy666 I checked the address you sent to us in the direct messages. It does show it is eligible for next gen speeds at the address. Please return to direct messages, and we can check why you are not receiving the higher upload speeds.

... Right now I have an Arris S33 ...

The S33 is not compatible with the higher upload speeds they introduced in 2023.

Follow the "See all modems" link near the bottom of https://www.xfinity.com/support/internet/customerowned and then scroll down to the "Compatible modems for enhanced speeds" list.
