Nest Thermostat stopped working

I upgraded my gateway to an xFi recently, and all of a sudden, my Nest thermostat will not connect. Everything else is fine, just the Nest. I contacted Nest Support, and they told me the thermostat was fine, and that there were issues with the settings on my gateway. Can you help?

For a test, ry disabling the Xfi Advanced Security feature as a work-around for now and see. It's buggy ! And there is currently no way for an end-user to be able to whitelist anything;
