Neighborhood glitches and outtages

Our entire neighborhood's internet with Xfinity resets 3-4 times a day. Not just a couple houses, the entire 30+ residents. We talk about it at HOA meetings, while walking the dog and seeing others etc. We get dropped off important Teams/Zoom calls, have TV shows pause and buffer as well as dropped calls who require cell phone boosters connected to the net. This has been going on for two years and has gotten considerably worse. We have let Xfinity know and they don't do anything about it. AT&T just came in and laid fiber and after being a 22 year customer with Xfinity, I cannot wait to jump ship, and same with the whole street!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_ang6zq Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. This is definitely not the experience we want for our valued customers and I'm sorry to hear that it is affecting your full neighborhood. I would love to take a look and see how we can help you resolve these ongoing service issues. We truly appreciate your business and would hate to lose you as a member of our Xfinity family. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.

Be proactive. Look at my account, pull up my street address and escalate the entire neighborhood of customers. Do not make me do additional steps to fix your issues. This the problem with you guys.
