neighbor booting me

had a problem neighbor move in 3 years ago. after my car was damaged in my driveway i installed a cam pointed at my driveway. neighbor flipped out about cam. about a month later we had our internet fail every time my neighbors were outside  this happened CONSTANTLY until we got your service 2 months ago. the first 6 weeks everything worked flawlessly, it was amazing. But we started having our cam act up again, not taking clips of motion detection events, yet taking 3 clips per minute all day/night of nothing, and as of last night at around 3am i was fully booted offline and at 4:20 am when my neighbor left my camera was missing a section of data from the minute they left. my cam continuously records to a card regardless of having a wifi signal or not. im pretty sure for that data to be absent would require someone doing some hacking. I would think it was just the camera malfunctioning except for the fact that it worked flawlessly, like I said, for the first 6 weeks we had your service. Also  just before all of this started happening I noticed my phone getting booted off of the internet frequently during the day.  my phone set so that does not Auto reconnect for security reasons, yet my phone Auto reconnects to a Wi-Fi signal that looks like mine, but when I look in my phone it tells me that Xfinity is disconnected and as soon as I disconnect from that internet signal Xfinity is connected again. I've had to deal with this for the last Almost 3 years now, that 6 weeks without problems made me realize it's not normal to have all these issues and was truly a breath of fresh air. But now it looks like everything's going back as it was again. please help me thank you
