Need To Reset admin tools password back to admin and password

I changed my password for my admin tools login and I forgot it. I tried calling, but nobody could help. I tried pressing the button and resetting it. And when I try to log into 10.0.0.1 it says wrong password for admin. Help!

You need to hold that reset button in for 30-35 seconds in order to get a full reset back to factory defaults.

I had the same issue of forgetting admin password, and like the advice on here, I held down the reset button for 30-35 minutes.  Went back to 10.0.0.1, tried the default of admin/password, and still get the issue of wrong password.

Any other suggestions?

@SeattleFreez You could check the user manual for your device to see what the default login/password is and the IP address to access the admin page.  Post your device make/model and maybe someone can help.
