Need to order online or by phone.
how do I upgrade to the XB10 online or by phone. I am home bound and cannot get to the xfinity store and was told in a chat that the agent could not place an order but that I am eligible for the upgrade. Thank you

Howdy user_4j0c17! I appreciate your interest in our new XB10 gateways, and you're in the right place for help with them 🙌 They're seriously awesome pieces of equipment that help get the most out of your speeds, so we want to make sure anyone that qualifies for them is able to get one 👍
To qualify for the XB10 gateway, customers must live in an FDX area with a subscribed speed tier of 500 Mbps or above. Would that currently apply to you?
