Need to have a guest account option

That's the catch........ Non-customers can not use it..... See what the employee wrote above: "can be accessed by guests who are Xfinity Internet customers." Welcome to Comcast world.......

Thank you @EG for providing @user_6rndby clarification, we appreciate your continued assistance on our forums. If guest are random I would suggest not providing your WiFi network name and password since most devices store this information for future use therefore they would be able to access your network until you change your network name/ password. Are you concerned for device and network safety or data usage?
