need to correct time zone on modem/router

Modems do not use DST. It has always been that way for some reason, going back at least to 2003 when I got my first modem.

It doesn't matter anyway. It doesn't affect anything negatively except for the timestamps on the modem's error log entries.

thanks, I was linking the modem time to an issue with the clock in the streaming app. Must be another issue.
