Need to confirm my account details

Can you be so kind as to confirm my account details, as far as speed and whatnot? The reason I ask is, I have been trying to help a friend activate her new modem from Xfinity, and she has no access to her cell phone, so she can't authenticate her account, and she can't access her gmail either, as she has no internet. They won't help on the phone, so I tried logging into my account with chat, and gave them all the info, and they confirm it, but they keep bring up reducing my bill and a bunch of other senseless stuff, and I keep telling them don't touch my account, so I want to make sure NO changes have been made to mine today.

@acillatem My team can definitely go over your account to make sure nothing has been altered or changed. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
