Need Tier-2 / Advanced Repair to Disable xFi Cloud Management on XB8 Gateway

Hi, I have an XB8 Gateway that remains locked under xFi Cloud Management.
The admin page at http://10.0.0.1 still displays “Wi-Fi Mode, Security Mode, Channel Selection are being managed automatically,” and all SSID fields are greyed out.
I need Local Management enabled (LocalManagement = true) so I can manually manage SSIDs and channels for my network.
Can a member of the Xfinity Support Team escalate this to the Advanced Repair Team to have xFi Cloud Management fully disabled? I've spent over 30 hours trying to clarify and explain this, only to keep getting routed to random, non-helpful departments.

Hi there, @user_u38ui5! Thanks for reaching out about the modem settings. The XB8 modems have been upgraded with software that manages advanced WiFi settings automatically to help optimize your home network and provide the best performance possible. Advanced WiFi settings for gateways with this software enhancement are not visible and cannot be managed from the Admin Tool or Xfinity xFi. You can use a separate router and put your modem into bridge modem or purchase your own modem to further manage the settings yourself.
