Need tech help after technician left

Bridge the router that they gave me. Which exposes tech router to our internet.

This shut off the router function when he came.

Could you be a bit more clear. Are you saying that the tech left your Xfinity gateway device in bridge mode and you now need it to be put back into router mode ? If so, see this;

Good afternoon @user_9a70ba, I see our awesome Expert EG provided a really helpful link on enabling and disabling bridge mode.

 

Just to confirm, are you trying to connect a personal router to the Xfinity Wireless Gateway or are you trying to disable bridge mode to use the Xfinity Wireless gateway for hardwired and wireless connections?
