Need someone to verify Signal Levels.

Hi, I’m on the 1.2 Gbps plan and using a DOCSIS 3.1 modem (Netgear CM1000).
My modem shows that OFDMA upstream is not locking, and I’m only getting ~400 Mbps on a wired 1.0 Gbps link.

Downstream is perfect (43 dB SNR, +3 dBmV), but upstream power is in the 46–47 dBmV range, and I see Dynamic Range Window violations and T3 timeouts in the logs.

This looks like a line signal problem preventing full provisioning or performance, and I’d like:

  • Signal levels checked and validated

  • A bootfile resend

  • Or a line tech scheduled if needed
