Need Proof of outage
I am 100% work from home and had an outage today. I did not receive any notification of the outage via text or email. I started my call to xfinity at 4:30 today, trying to receive help to get proof of the outage in the form of an email or a text and after 2 hours on the phone and 5 people later, I am still unable to receive proof of the outage. I need proof of this outage for my job. The internet in my area is going out at least once a week. My job cannot accept a screenshot of the company's website as valid proof of an outage period. I have been hung up on placed on hold for an hour, just to be disconnected. The only thing I need is an acknowledgment of the date, time of the outage and the duration.
