Need help with Netgear CM3000 Stuck at 80Mbs uploads.

I have an approved customer-owned Netgear CM3000 Next-Gen mid-split modem. I am on an internet tier that should support 300 Mbps upload speeds, but my connection is stuck in legacy low-split mode, capping my upload speed tightly at 80 Mbps. Could an official employee please verify my billing code configuration and manually push the 'Next-Gen network provision' bootfile profile to my modem's MAC address?
