Need help with buried line install

Hello,

I have been waiting on a buried line installation for 78 days. My internet is not able to be set up without the buried line. I have not had service for 78 days, despite Xfinity continuing to send me the bill (and call to remind me about my past due balance). Is there anyone who can help me get my internet set up? Would it be possible to get a timeline of when I should expect my internet service to be working? I work from home and this has been impacting my ability to take on projects and make a living. I am wondering if I will be able to work on some projects that start in a few weeks.
