Need help with admin tool.

I restarted my modem with help of a customer service assistant and got disconnected. I'm now trying to get into my admin account but my passwords aren't working and the default password (password) isnt working either. I type it in with the username admin and it just says incorrect password for admin.

I'm also assuming that the message is telling me that my user name is in fact admin
