Need help getting on waitlist for tech appt - text number not working for me

I have current Xfinity service. Moving to new construction community. 40+ offers from Xfinity were waiting in my new mailbox, but the installation time is far out. There is not much to install since all the inside the walls work in already complete. We just need one cable phished through. Thanks!
